Being an experienced diver, I booked and paid for this 2 dive-trip with scuba equipment included. But on arrival in the boat, they said I booked an introductory dive and they refused to let me to a normal dive, first they wanted me to pay €50 more. I spend around 3 hours on WhatsApp trying to solve the miscommunication between both Viator and Egypt Sea Trip, in order to join at least the second dive. Finally, after hours of discussions with both agencies and the diving crew, I finished my day without diving, sitting on the boat all day, seeing the other divers going into the water, feeling left out and humiliated. Fortunately, Viator gave me a refund, but it was a stressful and useless day.

when we asked about diving they advised us with Marsa Alam. we couldn't imagine to see such wonderful underwater life. were really amazing
